Choosing what to channel
The bull can now be seized by the horns. We can all channel our inner matadors if we choose to do so.
My basic knowledge of sociology tells me this. So much is reliant on the stories we tell ourselves and each other.
Some of us are inclined towards leadership, others are happy to follow. Some are team players, while others do their best when they manage themselves.
The work is harder when one has many years of deprogramming to deal with, but this can be done when a person is clear about priorities.
It might seem as if we are going through a “one step forward, two steps backwards” era, but many of us have more agency than we give ourselves credit for.
