Gridlocked communication systems

I remember getting a taxi from the city centre of Buenos Aires, aiming to reach the airport during the rush hour. The streets were gridlocked with traffic. I was worried about not being able to check in on time for the flight I was booked for. In the end, everything turned out fine.

As the world adjusts to a new lifestyle as a result of the fearsome bug in circulation, I have felt similarly anxious about being caught up in a communications traffic jam online.

It is natural that many of us will feel concerned about not being able to socialise in ways that we would normally take for granted. Those of us who work as freelancers have additional concerns about finding ways to adapt in uncertain times.

Remaining focused on the present moment is my preferred approach to coping with the changes.

Maintenance of well being is of key importance, for seeing and embracing the future.
