Pure Creativity
When our forebears started creating symbols of aspects of the human condition, it’s unlikely that they would have anticipated or predicted the sheer amount of creativity that would subsequently emerge.
The same can be said for other fields of human endeavour, be it in science, sports, politics etc.
Sometimes I find it helpful to think about the basics of what art is for and why it is appreciated.
Outlets for expressing thoughts, feelings, ideas and emotions in stylised ways will always be needed.
Whether we eat to live or live to eat, it takes strength of character to create and present “honest” work.
