Snapping out of complacency
Complacency sets people up for shocks and turbulence.
Someone once told me technological changes hadn’t affected the business he had made a living from, even though he had chosen to move on to uncharted territory at a relatively mature age.
Reconfiguring business models seemed to work, but now, a brand new curveball has been thrown into the arena. So what happens next?
Assuming that most of us will see each other on the other side of the current ordeal, it is likely that we shall be changed (apologies to Handel and the Scriptures).
One can only hope we’ll have changed for the better.
